Work arrangements
As a company founded and led by an artist, creativity above all guides us. Job Description

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for producing and distributing Rodeo FX’s marketing content across various platforms. They also coordinate different communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consistency.

This role is open to young graduates as well as professionals looking for their first experience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage social media accounts: community management, content publishing, performance tracking, and campaign management.
  • Contribute to the content strategy by tracking data, identifying trends, and applying best practices in social media.

Content Production and Distribution

  • Coordinate the production of branded content, ensuring required formats are created and properly archived.
  • Distribute and upload branded content across various digital platforms (website, newsletter, intranet, etc.).
  • Participate in content creation, including writing (primarily in English), ideation, and occasional graphic design.

Award Submissions Coordination

  • Support award submissions by coordinating the production, uploading, and archiving of content (visuals, texts, videos).
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met throughout the submission process.

Event and Brand Initiative Coordination

  • Coordinate event participation and production, ensuring project follow-up, vendor management, and content production.
  • Support other brand initiatives, such as merchandise and promotional material production, sales tool updates, and website maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in communications or marketing.
  • College diploma (DEC) in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills, primarily in English.
  • Fully bilingual (English-French).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools and software.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
