We are looking for a Director of Technology Partners

Target total compensation ranges from $305,000 - $445,000, including a fixed annual salary of $180,000 - $225,000, target incentive, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits 

We are looking for a Director of Technology Partners to onboard, manage, and grow a portfolio of Strategic Technology Partners. These partners are core to helping brands adopt a composable architecture by integrating best-in-class technologies across the marketing and customer experience stack. As Director, you’ll be an individual contributor responsible for generating and influencing new revenue sourced and influenced from your portfolio, identifying new technology integrations to accelerate mParticle by Rokt’s growth, and helping evangelize our joint value propositions across the ecosystem. 

About the role: 

  • Source and influence new revenue by working with a portfolio of Technology Partners primarily across North America.
  • Onboard, manage, and grow partnerships with companies best positioned to help brands scale with composable customer data architectures.
  • Own the partnership for your portfolio of Technology Partner Accounts—serving as the primary contact, establishing joint GTM plans and mutual success metrics, aligning cross-functional leaders, and managing potential channel conflict.
  • Lead programs to help partners educate customers and generate consistent referrals, enable mParticle sales to position partner specialization and strength in deals, and create accountability with partners (e.g. enablement workshops, rules of engagement processes, joint messaging, campaigns)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, solutions, engineering, and marketing to build scalable win-win partnerships that create value for customers.
  • Develop and implement a repeatable framework to scale the Composable Technology Partner strategy across new regions and verticals.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel, strategic partnerships, or business development roles with a focus on SaaS or API-first technology platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with the MarTech and composable tech ecosystem—including CDPs, orchestration tools, personalization engines, consent solutions, and cloud infrastructure providers.
  • Proven track record of building go-to-market alliances and technical integrations with ecosystem partners.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work toward shared goals across sales, engineering, and product organizations.
  • Effective communicator with strong written, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to understand product APIs, documentation, and integration requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy and hands-on execution are key.
  • Location: Willing to commute to the NYC office (hybrid schedule: 4 days/week in-office).
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 25% for partner and client engagements.

Ideally you will/have/be:

  • Industry experience, with familiarity in marketing tech and enterprise data solutions for marketing, ad tech experience is a nice to have.
  • Ability to set and execute priorities within a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaborator, with the ability to engage across multiple teams to drive an outcome.
  • Desire to be a key player within a strong team focused on exceeding client expectations.
