Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Operations Excellence Director in Rochester, NY, where daily functions will include preparing board reports and presentations, attending meetings and taking minutes, processing expense reports, making international travel arrangements, and managing complex calendars and schedules.

This will provide the opportunity of contributing to our Customer Support team by providing quality service to customers by taking incoming calls, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and prepare required information thus enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. Previous experience in placement of indirect purchase orders is also beneficial to this role.

Experience Requirements:

• Preferably 3+ years’ Executive Assistance experience or similar role
• In-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of wider business disciplines
• Degree or recognized qualification in a related field
• Customer Service experience gained in a manufacturing/ industrial engineering organization

The Successful Candidate:

• Coordinate international travel, itineraries, agendas & associated expense reports.
• Assists in collecting data for preparation of high-level reports, graphs, and presentation materials.
• Handles confidential information with discretion, adapts to shifting priorities, and seeks opportunities to offer solutions
• Assist customer with directory assistance, helping them find contact information for individuals or departments, along with assisting visitors with redirection
• Ability to works independently, receiving minimal guidance

Salary Range: $60,000 - 75,000 + Bonus
