Experienced Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Experienced Data Engineer to join our client's team innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ETL processes, particularly with Salesforce or other sales tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines that feed into our platform, enabling automated insights and helping sales teams optimize their

performance.

Our client is a leader in performance management software, dedicated to helping sales teams achieve their goals by turning data from CRM systems and other sales tools into actionable insights. We focus on delivering clarity and direction at all levels—organizational, team, and individual.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest data from CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales tools.

• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of data across the platform.

• Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Work on data modeling, data warehouse architecture, and ensure the quality and accuracy of data.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering and bring innovative solutions to the team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on ETL processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Extensive experience with data integration tools and frameworks, particularly with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and database management systems (e.g.PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g.,Spark, Hadoop).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
