We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a repeat sales cycle environment. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, provide excellent customer service and increase company’s growth and revenue through up-selling, cross-selling and complete customer satisfaction.
The primary role of Inside Sales – Fill the outside sales person calendar with appointments, drop ins and follow up visits. This includes market research and generating leads using tools like, Linked-In, Google maps, Google search, etc.. to uncover prospects and enter them into the CRM (HubSpot) Also working with marketing on projects such as creating and running email campaigns, running follow up calls on prospects and ultimately closing the calls with an appointment for a face to face visit or a sale. All activities must be logged in CRM. Inside sales and outside sales will work as a team to grow their territory.
