Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager to drive the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies for our healthcare clients. In this role, you will contribute to integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering measurable results. Your expertise in digital technologies, tools, and best practices will help guide our clients' success and further establish our agency's thought leadership in healthcare marketing.
You should be a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working with both in-house teams and external partners to deliver campaigns that achieve maximum ROI.
This position reports directly to Sr. Director, Digital Marketing, and works closely with account leaders and creative teams within the agency. Occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Digital Strategies: Build, plan, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns for both the agency and its retained healthcare clients.
• Lead Campaign Execution: Oversee digital marketing needs including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and database marketing.
• Teams and Vendor Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to execute digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance: Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, analyzing data to assess ROI and KPIs. Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage Social Media Presence: Oversee the creation, execution, and monitoring of social media strategies to enhance client visibility and engagement.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within scope and cost-efficiency.
• Develop Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement creative strategies for driving growth and client engagement across digital platforms.
• Stay Current with Trends: Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and trends to ensure the agency remains competitive in the marketplace.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for client growth.
• Healthcare Thought Leadership: Stay informed of healthcare trends and industry news, sharing insights via social media and thought leadership content.
Qualifications:
• Education: Undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B and B2C contexts.
• Healthcare Expertise: Prior experience in healthcare marketing is preferred, with knowledge of industry nuances and trends.
• Digital Marketing Channels Expertise: In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
• Google AdWords Experience: Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Content Management and A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing content through data-driven insights.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive performance improvements.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence teams, clients, and partners.
