Marketing Coordinator

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our growing organization. We are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual with a desire to get stuck into every aspect of digital marketing. Someone eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn the ins and outs of the market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day tasks.
• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with the marketing, content, and sales teams.
• Ensure 100% commitment to brand integrity and brand guidelines.
• Support the social media team with content creation, scheduling, and maintaining a healthy engagement rate. 
• Build emails for various purposes, including one-off emails and drip campaigns. 
• Collaborate with the design department to produce graphics and promotional materials used throughout the whole team.
• Support the Events Manager for planning and execution of events and being available to help onsite during the actual event (this may require being available outside normal working hours).

Required 

• Holds a balance of analytical and creative thinking. 
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with different teams in the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, attention to detail.
• Open to working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Is familiar with using first-class marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo. 
• Has experience in email marketing.
• Has experience designing and building landing pages (eg. registration page). 
• Has experience in paid advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Has experience creating and managing marketing campaigns.
