Salla is looking for a Senior Copywriter to elevate our content strategy and guide our brand's voice across multiple platforms. As a Senior Copywriter, you will lead by example, providing creative direction and producing high-quality, persuasive, and insightful copy that captures the essence of our products and engages our audience.
This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including digital campaigns, website content, product messaging, social media, and emails.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that align with Salla's goals and enhance our storytelling.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all communication channels, shaping messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve a deep understanding of our products and services, translating features into benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
- Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to optimize copy and inform future strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to adapt and refine our approach as necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting or a similar role, preferably within the tech or e-commerce industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and successful marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Arabic and English, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- An ongoing drive to understand the content landscape, emerging needs, and behaviors across technology and social media.
- Experience with both long and short copy across various formats—ad copy, email marketing, newsletters, web copy, etc.
- Creative thinker with the ability to transform complex ideas into accessible and engaging content.
