Part-Time Finance and HR Manager

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week). The Finance & HR Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while also overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a dynamic leader with experience in both finance and human resources, preferably in the healthcare or telehealth sector.

• Develop and oversee financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with business entities, including state registrations, taxes, annual reports, etc.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Support fundraising and investor relations by providing accurate financial data and insights.
• Manage bill payment and all vendor/service provider relationships.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to maintain compliance and employee satisfaction.
• Basic oversight of HR functions including documentation, contracts, compliance, and payroll.
• Oversee employee and business insurance administration, including enrollment, claims, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, CMA, SPHR, or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management and human resources, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, data analysis, and HR management systems.
• Experience with financial and HR software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, ADP, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
