Custom Ag-Pak - Inventory Analyst

Custom Ag-Pak is seeking a full-time Inventory Analyst to join its growing team. This Analyst will work with produce/inventory counters to provide inventory control of items per SKU requirements. Accuracy is a must to ensure that each unit receives the correct amount of product so the retail customer knows that they are getting the full units for their kit creations for their consumers and customers. The Analyst will work between purchasing and logistics but does not require experience in either area.

This is an on-site position based in Watsonville or Salinas, CA, with working hours between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of previous inventory count and analysis experience with a high degree of accuracy.
• Should be highly organized and have experience with MS Excel including spreadsheets. This experience should include spreadsheet creation, modification, reporting, charts/graphs, etc.
• Ability to communicate with different team members and potentially vendors or customers regarding updates or changes in delivery schedules.

• Previous experience working with Famous
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Must be able to stand ~30% of the time
• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds
• Must be able to spend 20-30% of your time in refrigerated environments (34-36 degrees Fahrenheit)
