Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to partner the Vice President, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CREW) for Sandisk. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our CREW Lead while also providing essential support to the broader CREW leadership team.  You will develop a deep understanding of our CREW Business and how it supports the firm’s strategic priorities, while balancing relationships across the various functional and business teams. You will become a member of Sandisk’s senior executive administrative team, driving influential team impact within the CREW organization and across the company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong critical thinking and attention to detail are equally meaningful in this role. A positive attitude and a team player are a must!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calendar Management: Own executive calendar; coordinate across senior executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists.
  • Event Coordination & assist in team building: Assist in the planning and organizing of internal and external meetings, team offsites, and organizational wide meetings.
  • Correspondence/Approvals: Function as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. Act a as a source for general inquiries and refer routine matters to appropriate parties.
  • Travel: Manage international and domestic travel. Carefully consider and decide the optimum travel arrangements and itineraries. Process passports and visas.
  • Tool Management: Manage expense reports and PO’s and become a tool champion of Sandisk’s internal tools. Coordinate with executive technical support teams in advance of meetings and events to understand the best technology needed to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the CREW leadership team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Manage, update and enhance our Pixel intranet pages for the CREW team to increase visibility, improve employee experience, and strengthen our CREW brand.
  • Assist with document control for CREW documents and policies in Agile, including implementing template changes to ensure consistency, accessibility, and compliance.
  • In general, daily tasks are conducted at a higher level of complexity. Leverage your administrative expertise to be two steps ahead of your executive; your job will be to problem solve, intuitively understand priorities, and plan for reoccurring events and tasks.
  • Serve as a key ambassador for the CREW brand, understanding that every interaction represents an opportunity to reinforce the department's value and professionalism

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting at the senior management level (VP+) in a public company, preferably for a business function executive in high tech or corporate real estate/facilities.
  • Experience working with, or as part of C-suite administrative support staff is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.

  • Intuitive problem-solver with thoughtful anticipation of deliverables.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage complex issues.

Compensation & Benefits Details

  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
  • If your position is non-exempt, you are eligible for overtime pay pursuant to company policy and applicable laws.  You may also be eligible for shift differential pay, depending on the shift to which you are assigned.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
