QA Engineer - SIP/VOIP

Your Role:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SIP/VOIP products.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
• Document test results and provide feedback to improve product performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in QA processes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies and quality initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in software testing and quality assurance.

• Basic understanding of SIP/VOIP technologies and protocols.
• Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
