Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Specialist to lead and manage our internal IT infrastructure and ensure cybersecurity compliance with DoD standards. You will be critical in enabling our engineers and operations to move quickly and securely; responsibilities include secure network architecture and workstation troubleshooting.

• Set up and maintain laptops, servers, routers, switches, and other infrastructure
• Provide daily IT support for local and remote teams, including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage software licenses, asset inventory, and hardware lifecycle
• Manage endpoint protection, access control, and secure communications
• Work with external security auditors and support accreditation efforts
• Design and support secure internal and remote-access networks
• Maintain and administer cloud and on-premises systems
• Support and troubleshoot DevSecOps environments and tools
• Collaborate with leadership to scale IT systems in step with company growth

• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Mac environments
• Working knowledge of network configuration, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms

• Familiarity with tools like GitLab, Jira, Okta, AWS, and Intune
