Data Miner (Virtual Assistant)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Miner Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our lead generation efforts by extracting, organizing, and refining high-quality data for our sales team. The ideal candidate will systematically sift through mastermind directories, conference attendee lists, and other sources to generate accurate, structured, and valuable data that improves outreach efficiency.

This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of leads for our setters, ensuring that we target the right prospects. We are starting with one VA, with the potential to expand the team based on performance. The goal is to have this fully operational within three days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction & Research: Scrape, extract, and compile lead information from various directories, attendee lists, and relevant sources.
• Lead Enrichment: Cross-reference and verify contact details (emails, phone numbers, social media profiles, company info) to ensure data accuracy.
• Data Organization: Clean and structure datasets to improve usability for sales setters.
• CRM Input & Management: Input and maintain organized records in the CRM, ensuring data is up-to-date and well-categorized.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales setters and the CEO to refine targeting criteria and optimize the lead generation process.
• Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on data quality, lead success rates, and insights for process improvement.
• Automation & Tools Utilization: Utilize data mining tools, LinkedIn, web scrapers, and other software to streamline data collection.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in data mining, lead generation, or research-oriented roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and data scraping tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage large datasets.
• Ability to analyze and verify data accuracy efficiently.
• Comfortable with handling large volumes of data and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or other lead databases is a plus.
