As a Digital Marketing Coordinator for Scale Virtually, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract and engage potential talents and clients and retain existing ones. These responsibilities include evaluation and developing effective and unique marketing strategies, planning and coordinating with our marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to the team, and building awareness and positioning for our company’s brand.
This is for a full time independent contractor work from home role taking on overnight/graveyard shifts here in the Philippines matching US time zones.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential candidates, focusing on employer branding and talent acquisition.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital channels (social media, online advertising, content marketing) to reach and engage with potential candidates.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content (blog posts, social media updates, videos, etc.) to showcase the company's culture and opportunities.
- Organizing social media sites: Managing and updating social media profiles, creating engaging content, and running social media campaigns.
- Creating online content: Developing blog posts, articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials to showcase the company’s culture and opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Analyzing digital marketing trends: Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and technologies.
- Managing email campaigns: Creating and sending email newsletters and promotional emails.
- Reporting on website analytics: Tracking website traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Designing marketing campaigns: Developing and implementing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to promote a business's products or services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Aligning campaigns with overall marketing goals and working with other departments.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools.
