Senior Product Manager, Fulfillment

We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. From MRIs to tests for TBIs, our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.

We’re doing diagnostics differently, with a portfolio of brands tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN:

In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and scale of the fulfillment side of our business. This means ensuring that our internal operations team can efficiently ingest physician referrals, intake patients, and schedule them for their scans.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business success. In general, we expect that this role will become a Lead PM for the fulfillment side of the business within 12 months.

While the needs of a scaling startup are subject to rapid change, we expect the following general responsibilities:

  1. Discovery: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify product opportunities and feature enhancements.
  2. Product Strategy: Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for scan.com to pursue. Develop and socialize a product roadmap that sequences high priority strategic opportunities.
  3. Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to translate opportunities into a detailed specification. Drive the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and releases.
  4. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with operations, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases. Define documentation, training, and standardized operational workflows to drive adoption.
  5. Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  6. Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate on features to optimize user experience.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations team members, and finance teams. Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and strategic priorities effectively to ensure alignment and support.

THE TOP 4 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS ARE:

  • Design and ship core features that serve all of our b2b products: patient-led scheduling, imaging order ingestion automation, and AI-enabled CX workflows.
  • Enable a culture of gathering continuous insights. You’ll help the product team establish a culture of continuously gathering qualitative and quantitative data to inform feature development.
  • Launch our initial b2b insurance fulfillment product.
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams to collaborate on seamless execution and product delivery from ideation to launch and sustainment.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management roles with a focus in B2B software products, preferably in marketplace and/or health tech, or telehealth products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products from conception through maturity. You’ve launched products customers love and are comfortable leading large, complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, UX/UI design principles, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for customer meetings, industry conferences, and team collaboration sessions (Our HQ is in Atlanta, easily accessible from the airport).

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:

We try to keep our interview process short to respect everyone’s time. Due to availability, there may be a change to the order of the interview process, but generally speaking, this is what you can expect:

  1. Introductory call/interview with Sam, our Senior Talent Partner. The call is usually via telephone and will last around 30 minutes.
  2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a 45-minute video call with Amy, the Lead PM, B2B. This more structured interview will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
  3. All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies, however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
  4. Meet the founders, hiring manager, and/or other team members. Again, the meeting length varies depending on the number of people and whether it is in person or via video call.
