Reporting into the Marketing Manager – Social and PR, this role requires a creative specialist who can build ideas that generate talkability and engagement amongst consumers

Day to day:

• Lead the development, implementation, optimisation and amplification of local PR initiatives across ANZ that drive talkability, reach and position SEEK as an authority figure on all things job related
• Lead the development, curation, optimisation and amplification of SEEK’s Always On video content across SEEK’s ANZ social channels
• Working in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, manage, maintain and build SEEK’s spokesperson program
• Lead and contribute in cross-functional project teams to align on key PR and social initiatives ensuring clarity and consistency on messages in market with support from the Marketing Manager
• Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of social and PR activity on driving ROI and message depth for the brand
• Work closely with Marketing Manager and peers on the development and roll out of PR and social initiatives to
• support country, product, segment and business plans
• Collaborate with SEEK Creative Studio on the development of best practice local content for social channels
• Manage ongoing relationships with agency partners

Ideally you will have

• Marketing experience, with a high level of competency in Communications, Social, PR and/or Partnerships 
• Proven critical and creative thinker with the ability to take calculated risks on ideas that push boundaries (challenger mindset). •
• Highly skilled at developing, creating and bringing ideas and programs to life
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders, peers and project teams across the marketing team and the broader business
• Passionate storyteller that understands how to deliver relevant and targeted communications aligned with business and audience needs 
• Strong project management capability, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and keep everything moving in the right direction, and pivot when required
