• Coordinate the design, development, and release process for exterior trim components such as bumpers and fascia within the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure that components comply with all technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the lifecycle management of components from concept through to production, ensuring integration with overall vehicle aesthetics and performance objectives.
• Participate in testing and validation processes to assess the durability and safety of exterior trim designs.
• Work with suppliers to optimize design for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize CAD software and simulation tools to create detailed design models and analyze stress points.
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategies to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for design revisions and updates.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
