Receptionist - The Village at Ocotillo

• Part Time Positions available:
  • Monday  7 am - 3 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday, 3 pm - 9 pm
• The anticipated wage for this position is $16 / hour

• Check all Residents and visitors in and out of the community.
• Answer the phone and direct calls.
• Greet Residents, Staff, visitors, and vendors.
• Assist with general office duties, such as photocopying, filing, and mailing.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.

• Knowledge of Assisted living
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
