Growth Operations Manager

We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to support the Account Management Organization (AMO) and drive revenue expansion within our customer base. This role will be responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and insights that enable our account managers to upsell, cross-sell, and retain customers effectively.
This is a highly strategic and operational role that sits within the GTM Ops team, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Revenue Expansion & AMO Process Optimization
- Partner with the AMO leadership team to optimize the customer expansion motion (upsells, cross-sells, renewals).
- Establish and refine playbooks for AMs to identify, pursue, and close expansion opportunities.
- Implement and manage forecasting methodologies for AM-led revenue growth.
- Optimize handoffs between AMs, Customer Success, and Marketing for expansion opportunities.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks in renewal and upsell processes to increase efficiency.
- Deal Desk & CPQ Support
- Serve as the primary Deal Desk support for AMs, ensuring smooth execution of renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Streamline quoting, pricing approvals, and contract modifications, reducing friction in the deal process.
- Ensure AMs can efficiently generate and manage quotes using CPQ tools (DealHub).
- Partner with Finance and Legal to maintain compliance, pricing consistency, and approval workflows.
- Optimize deal structuring, discounting strategies, and approval thresholds to accelerate revenue expansion.
- Systems, Tools & Data Enablement
- Enhance CRM to provide visibility into customer health, renewal pipelines, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Revenue Systems to improve AM-related workflows, automation, and reporting.
- Define and track key metrics for AMO success, including churn, renewal rates, NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and expansion ARR.
- Support lead routing & account segmentation to ensure AMs focus on the highest-value accounts.
- Insights & Analytics
- Develop dashboards and reports that equip AMs with actionable insights into customer behavior and buying signals.
- Conduct analysis to uncover patterns in expansion success and churn risks.
- Work with Marketing Ops to optimize lifecycle campaigns that drive AM-led expansion (e.g., adoption campaigns, targeted upsell plays).
WHAT YOU’ll BRING:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Growth/Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Customer Success Ops, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in process optimization, sales motions, and operational enablement.
- Experience working with Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with Account Management, CS, and GTM teams to drive revenue expansion.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
