HR Manager - Recruitment

The HR Manager - Recruitment leads the organization’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes to meet business needs. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools is considered an asset, reflecting the organization's commitment to innovative hiring practices. The HR Manager also oversees staff changes and collaborates with department heads to meet staffing needs while fostering a positive work environment to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates across various roles.
  • Partner with managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and fill roles efficiently.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection processes across multiple platforms.
  • Leverage recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven solutions, to enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with talent sources such as schools, colleges, skills centers, and community organizations.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick turnaround for critical and high-volume positions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status and feedback.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage processes for promotions, transfers, and employee exits.
  • Ensure all changes are documented, communicated appropriately, and aligned with organizational policies.
  • Establish systems to support smooth transitions during organizational changes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Management including recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Occasional travel as needed.
