EOI Quality Auditor / Quality Coordinator

Job Location - Various locations in the US.

We are seeking qualified candidates (contractor) with valid certifications to join our Quality Management for one of our esteemed Client, a global leader in Oil & Gas Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for contractors to gain client approval and certification for working on upcoming project inspections and vendor inspections.

Quality Coordinator

Responsible for implementing company and industry standard quality requirements for various types of mechanical and/or electrical equipment.

To fulfill these assignments, the Quality Coordinator must demonstrate knowledge of manufacturing / fabrication processes, knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASTM, ASME, AWS, NACE, ISO, and ASNT, establish the scope and extent of inspection activities, create and manage a budget for inspections, ability to write detailed inspection reports, coordinate and guide agency inspector performance, and provide recommendations on addressing quality/technical issues.

Requires 10 years’ experience working as an inspector and/or Quality Coordinator in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry with a Bachelor's degree in related discipline or having attained Inspection Certifications AWS, ASNT, NACE, and/or API certifications preferred

Quality Auditor

Plans, schedules, coordinates and conducts Quality Management System Audits in accordance with known industry standards such as ISO and API. The Quality Auditor must be able to assess manufacturers written Quality manuals, procedures, work instructions and manufacturing processes for effectiveness and has knowledge of the materials being offered by the company being considered. The Quality Auditor must be able to provide a comprehensive and well written audit report.

Qualifications

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 10 years’ experience with a Lead Auditor certification from an industry recognized organization.
  • Requires 10 years’ experience working as an inspector and/or Quality Coordinator in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry with a Bachelor's degree in related discipline or having attained Inspection Certifications AWS, ASNT, NACE, and/or API certifications preferred.
  • Work will be assigned on as needed basis and will be paid for the hours/days and other applicable cost items for the hours/days spent on the assigned work.
  • The work duration could be a day or several days or several weeks.
  • Work schedule: Ad hoc – as required by the client.
