Implementations Specialist (Services)

Siepe is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional with strong business acumen to lead and participate in onboarding new clients as well as new funds for existing clients.  In this role, you will complete data implementation as well as assisting with documenting new processes to train teams on, identify and implement operational improvements, and assist the various business lines with their implementations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams as well as clients to ensure the successful execution of their implementation and maintain high standards of service delivery. 


Responsibilities
  • Establish new client portfolios in Solvas along with the accurate setup of the underlying assets of the related portfolios. 
  • Read and interpret agent bank notices, credit agreements, and other governing credit documents.  
  • Read and interpret LSTA / LMA Settlement documents. 
  • Manage implementations and ensure all data is accurately uploaded. 
  • Understand and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. 
  • Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties, while collaborating with the respective internal teams. 
  • Manage implementations to maintain performance targets and quality control metrics. 
  • Apply standard policies and procedures for various teams while implementing a new client. 
  • Participate in project post-mortems to identify improvements to streamline future implementations 
  • Assist with training and preparing training documentation as needed. 
  • Work can average 45-50 hours per week.  


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred. 
  • Solvas Portfolio software (fka CDO Suite) experience is a plus. 
  • Experience with asset setup and administration of structured products and credit securities – CLOs, Loans, ABS, MBS, and Bonds.  
  • Experience with Bloomberg and the Bloomberg API is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required. 
  • Team player who enjoys working closely with people, both within and outside of the firm. 
  • Pays attention to detail and takes ownership and pride in delivering quality work outputs. 
  • Adapts quickly in fast-paced environments, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and challenge-seeker. 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.


Skills
  • Knowledge of multiple asset class transactions and processing requirements. 
  • Ability to interpret loan agreements and agent bank documentation. 
  • Organized with great time management and an ability to follow through on assigned tasks. 
  • Shows initiative and takes ownership of job responsibilities and performs duties accurately and timely. 
  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work outputs. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and challenge-seeker.
