We are seeking a TS-cleared Senior Manager/Team Lead for our work supporting DHS CISA. This position is contingent on contract award and will be performed on a hybrid basis, with regular onsite support expected in Arlington, VA. In this role you will:
- Oversee all deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Manage and track all action items.
- Review project plans weekly to make updates as needed based on progress or shifts in priorities.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise with team performance.
- Work with the Program Manager/SME or Project Manager/SME to backfill any team absences to mitigate gaps in service.
- Communicate frequently to ensure the team has a clear understanding of work expectations.
- Provide white papers as requested in support of research for the CISA CSAC.
- Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to research and develop key study documents for the CSAC.
- Leverage subject matter expertise and knowledge of committee activities to synthesize and relay information to additional audiences using senior-level technical writing skills, as needed.
- Support the development and maintenance of committee repository of documents, including committee membership lists, distribution, distribution lists, and file shares in accordance with designated records management policies and requirements, as needed.
- Maintain the CISA CSAC Mailbox, including appropriate archiving of messages, escalating priority messages, and providing draft responses to incoming messages within four hours of receipt to the Designated Federal Officer of review. Provide expertise in developing, supporting, and coordinating project timelines and milestones for the CISA CSAC.
- Provide cyber expertise to conduct background research and analysis to support committee activities, to include consolidation, analysis, and/or editing of technical materials such as reports of research findings, technical articles, news releases, standard operating procedures, guidance documents, and regulations.
- Provide recommendations for strategic process improvements regarding management and operations of the committee to achieve more efficient and effective execution of work (membership criteria, process flows, etc.).
- Assist in management support activities to include consolidation and deconfliction of inputs, quality control of responses, technical editing, and correction of products.
- Assist in drafting material for outreach and communication products of publicly available reports and recommendations. Support may include researching key stakeholders, trade associations or Government partners; assessing key issues relevant to participating Government and industry stakeholders; and developing presentations and marketing products.
- Assist in development of briefings for internal and external audiences, ensuring information is appropriate and in compliance with the current guidelines and policies and perform quality control to include editing documents for grammar, format, and content
- Support the maintenance of historical information through a properly maintained administrative records system ensuring compliance with applicable records management policies.
- Maintain cyber expertise to provide research and analytical support to assist in research activities, conducting analysis and drafting study recommendations in support of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) level executives.
- Support the collection and formatting of slide decks, presentations and briefings, organization and review of read-ahead packages and support materials, drafting of notifications and announcements and development of meeting summaries.
- Provide documentation of work process by creating new and updating current standard operating procedure manuals and guides.
- Provide a proven methodology for planning quarterly meetings (four meetings per year) full cycle to include pre-, day of, and post meetings activities according to requirements, target audience and objectives and develop project schedules for each meeting.
Provide high-quality, accurate note taking, day-of logistics, and customer service in support of senior-level industry executives and senior Government officials.
- Provide 508-compliance knowledge and expertise for public posting of materials on Government web sites.
- Provide support for tracking, consolidation, and adjudication of comments received on written recommendations and materials produced by the committee, as appropriate or necessary.
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
