The sales team are organised around a worldwide distribution network.
Purpose of the Role
The main responsibility of the role will be to further develop our European business. Whilst we have strong relationships with our distribution partners, we recognise we need to be present in the marketplace to ensure both end customers and distributors are supported professionally.
As part of the EMEA Sales team you will be empowered to develop Sales in this region, commercially but also technically (with support from the application team or R&D). The position will require regular travelling to support your distributor, visiting end customers. You will also support distributor run customer events, trade fairs and exhibitions.

We measure ourselves on annual sales targets in sales /material margin /Ebit for Incorez external sales in the EMEA region. We recognise each other’s success and work together to grow our business.
You will be supported to develop new business and maintain existing via technical and application support. This will include problem solving and best practice demonstration of new Incorez products as well as our established materials. This is our strength, and we pride ourselves on it.
You will travel to provide support for distributors and develop customer relationships. You will manage and motivate your distributors in the EMEA region.

We support each other through the various projects and challenges of today’s marketplace with real collaboration. The sales team experience is also supported by a dedicated application teams (integrated to the sales team), professional marketing and R&D.

The successful candidate will be central to the strategy creation to grow our business. We require a strong leaning toward business growth of intermediates via our distribution partners. Full training on the specific products will be given and maintained.
