  • Own the Gainsight platform: Drive ongoing configuration, workflow optimization, data integrity, and administration of Gainsight for multiple teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales to capture requirements, build solutions, and deliver insights.
  • Create and manage playbooks, success plans, health score models, automated workflows (e.g., CTAs), and dashboards within Gainsight.
  • Integrate systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Data Cloud to ensure clean, actionable data flows into the customer success ecosystem.
  • Enable users by delivering training, documentation, and support to maximize adoption and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve system usability and business impact through feedback loops, usage data, and best practices.

Who are you?

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Gainsight administration or similar Growth Molecules platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of customer success operations and lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and other SaaS tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, or Data Cloud.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data models, workflow logic, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, global SaaS environment is a plus.

CertificationGainsight Administrator

    • Who it's for: Core for this role.
    • Why: Demonstrates hands-on proficiency with the Gainsight platform—setting up rules, CTAs, playbooks, dashboards, scorecards, and integrations.
    • Details: Offered through Gainsight University. Candidates must pass an exam after completing the training modules.

Gainsight Associate Administrator Certification

    • Who it's for: Entry- to mid-level candidates.
    • Why: Shows foundational knowledge of Gainsight admin functions. Ideal if the candidate is still growing into a full admin role.

Gainsight Customer Success Manager (CSM) Certification

    • Who it's for: Nice to have.
    • Why: Provides understanding of CS strategies and best practices. Useful if the admin collaborates closely with CSMs to build journeys and success plans.

Gainsight PX Certification (if you're using or plan to use PX for product experience analytics)

    • Who it's for: Nice to have.
    • Why: Useful for admins working with product teams or usage telemetry to trigger customer engagement and health scoring.
