The Senior Product Manager – CRM/ ERP will play a critical role in driving the strategy and execution of our CRM/ ERP integrations, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients and improve their experience with our messaging solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to define and deliver product features that delights customers. You will play a key role in shaping the roadmap for CRM/ERP integrations, ensuring that our product remains competitive, scalable, and aligned with market trends.
Key responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and lead the strategy for your products to improve our customer’s experience to ensure we remain competitive and able to scale. Run the product roadmap making sure the team are working on the most impactful items.
- Commercial Acuity: Leverage a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and revenue drivers to make product decisions that contribute to the company’s bottom line. Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and enhance the commercial viability of integrations.
- Team member Collaboration: Work closely with collaborators, in particular the engineering teams as well as marketing, sales, and support, to gather feedback, define requirements, and ensure product-market fit.
- Go to Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft messaging and positioning.
- Continuous improvement: Build a deep understanding of the problems that we need to address through research and regular interaction with customers to understand who they are, what they’re trying to achieve and what they view as success. Constantly evaluate if the solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures, starting from beta, to pilot and ongoing after full release.
- Agile Management: Key member in all Agile ceremonies. Define and frame the problems worth solving for your team. Scope these solutions into small shippable slices to deliver value to customers as early as you can.
- Performance Metrics: Define and supervise objectives and key results to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product strategy and feature development.
The successful candidate will be goal and metric driven with adventurous levels of creativity to continually experiment ideally with a deep understanding of SaaS products. This person will speak with customers, understand their personas, jobs to be done, look at various data inputs and take insights from all of those, to find opportunities to ultimately delight customers.
You will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Confirmed product management experience in SaaS (B2B or B2C), with a consistent record of shipping impactful product.
- Solid understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft or similar tech platform.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- You think in terms of jobs to be done and can map technical details to user stories.
- Confirmed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven demeanour.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- You excel at collaborating with and influencing multiple team members across functional groups and locations to achieve the team and organization’s goals
- You have deep experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user interviews, user research, user testing and have worked closely with design researchers and analysts.
- You are a self-starter with a bias for action, attention to detail and a track record of delivering impact in a fast-paced global environment.
