Part-time Bilingual Client Coordinator

Siskind Susser PC seeks a driven, service-oriented Part-time Client Coordinator who is able to converse in English and Spanish to join its immigration law practice in Memphis, Tennessee. 

This part-time position will work in our Memphis, TN office averaging 15 – 20 hours per week during the office hours of 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.  The position does not offer a remote or hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include:

·      Follow up with clients by phone, email, and mail regarding outstanding documents needed from them

·      Collect necessary information and documentation from clients to prepare applications for assigned cases 

·      Maintain detailed record of communication with clients

·      Prepare and assemble case files 

·      Print, photocopy, and scan client documents 

·      Organize and file case documents   

·      Maintain confidentiality of client information 

·      Other duties as assigned 

Strong communication skills and ability to converse in English and Spanish

Strong attention to detail

Experience working with confidential information and ability to prioritize

Must be able to work in office 15 - 20 hours per week (no remote work is available for this position).

Must be technical saavy and ability to work with various software tools.
