Fleet Coordination and Logistics Supervisor

As a full-time Fleet Coordinator and Logistics Supervisor at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring every detail aligns for a seamless process. The  Fleet Coordinator and Logistics Supervisor will support the Car Control Department by monitoring and organizing the workflow of the team.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You review and complete weekly or monthly reports for irregularities in transports
• You delegate and monitor workload, while upholding company standards and procedures
• You train, coach, and mentor team, while also perform performance reviews to discuss strengths and weaknesses
• You facilitate staff meetings on current business events and daily operations
• You assist in escalated transport issues with vendors, branches, and third parties
• You process Invoices and monitor for discrepancies in our transportation orders 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications : Word and Excel
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication    
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
