SEO Specialist (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about driving SEO growth and optimizing performance across multiple domains? At SIXT, we are looking for an experienced and data-driven SEO Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee the SEO performance of more than 30 domains in different languages for our franchisees. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and working closely with our franchise partners to ensure success. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze, monitor, and report on SEO performance across multiple domains in different languages and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• You conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization
• You develop and implement SEO growth strategies tailored to each franchisee’s needs to enhance organic search visibility
• You educate and support franchisees in applying SEO strategies effectively
• You utilize SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and advanced Excel (or SQL databases) to gather insights and drive data-informed decisions
• You stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep our strategies competitive

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have several years of proven experience in managing multiple domains and driving organic growth
• Tools You are proficient in Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and advanced Excel (or SQL databases)
• Analytical Skills You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
• Soft Skills You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with franchisees and internal teams
• Motivation You’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Language You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
