At Skeepers, we empower brands with innovative SaaS solutions that transform customer engagement and drive business success. As we continue to expand, weโ€™re looking for an Key Account Manager to nurture and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. 

You'll be part of the Enterprise & Global Account Sales Team, reporting directly to the VP Sales Enterprise & Global Accounts, working alongside a high-performing team of 8 professionals. Your mission? Maximize value within existing accounts by expanding relationships across departments, business units, and entities.

โœ” Own and expand your portfolio โ€“ Youโ€™ll manage a set of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our 6 innovative solutions across new teams, departments, and global subsidiaries. 

โœ” Be a strategic partner โ€“ Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they maximize the impact of Skeepers' solutions. 

โœ” Drive multi-threaded growth โ€“ Open doors in different regions, business units, and subsidiaries, driving account expansion at scale. 

โœ” Work with a strong support system โ€“ Leverage SDRs, BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Bid Management teams to craft compelling proposals and deliver value-driven solutions. 

โœ” Engage at a high level โ€“ Interact with C-level stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Experience, and Digital teams to deepen partnerships. 

โœ” Lead strategic initiatives โ€“ Act as a project manager, orchestrating complex negotiations, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and managing multi-faceted sales cycles.

โœ… You have experience selling to C-level executives, particularly in Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation. 

โœ… You understand complex enterprise structures and can successfully navigate international entities, departments, and business units. 

โœ… You are value-driven โ€“ You focus on solving business challenges, not just selling software. 

โœ… You are a team player โ€“ Success at Skeepers is built on collaboration, so you know how to work cross-functionally. 

๐Ÿ† What do you bring to the table? 

  • Proven experience in Enterprise Account Management within SaaS. 
  • A strong track record of upselling, cross-selling, and expanding accounts. 
  • Experience in MarTech, Customer Experience (CX), or related fields. 
  • Fluency in both English and French โ€“ Youโ€™ll work with global clients. 
  • The ability to manage long sales cycles and drive deals to completion. 
  • A growth mindset โ€“ You thrive on challenges and love exceeding expectations. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and drive data-backed decisions.
