Your team
You will join our Professional Services & Impact team as our new Technical Project Manager and you will closely work with and report to Arthur who leads the Professional Services & Impact team.

Your impact
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- You will clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables while proactively addressing client needs and expectations. Occasional travel to client site might be requested.
- You will work with our internal teams and stakeholders to align on project requirements, scope, objectives, success factors, and invoicing, while facilitating clear communication and seamless project execution.
- You will support the delivery of our software projects by managing timelines, coordinating resources, and tracking progress. Transparency and regular updates among all stakeholders will be important.
- You will identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
Your skills
- You have 3-7 years as a Technical Project Manager with a proven ability to manage project deliverables and work within structured timelines.
- You are a fluent speaker of both Arabic and English.
- You are familiar with software development processes and system architecture, with an understanding of how these integrate with professional services.
- You are proficient in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile or Scrum), tools and / or software to coordinate deliverables within scope, timeline, and budget while clearly documenting and communicating project progress internally and externally.
Extra awesome
- You have previous experience working with government clients and/or with the employment industry.
- You have a technical background in software development or related field.
- You have already worked on Jira, Confluence and Figma. You're also experienced with the Google suite tools.
- You speak Spanish, French, and/or Ukrainian.
Salary, start-date & location
- We use a salary benchmark for the Dutch high-tech sector to set your salary based on your experience. We expect that the annual gross salary for the experience we are looking for ranges from 45k-60k Euro per year.
- We accept applications on a rolling basis, and we envision a start date as soon as possible.
- You will enjoy 25 paid vacation days per year.
- You can work flexibly both from our office in Amsterdam or remotely within the Netherlands. You can also extend your holiday stay in a different country and work from abroad for a limited period of time.
