Sr. SALES ENABLEMENT ANALYST

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Analyst to join the Enablement team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage competencies, technology, and processes to support the rapid growth of Skillsoft. We partner with leaders from the Go-to-Market team (Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships) to develop a cohesive go-to-market strategy and execute on a global scale. Platform Management is an integral component of the GTM Enablement team, helping us achieve operational effectiveness as we build our go-to-market function for the next phase of company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of processes and best practices for platforms including HighSpot, Sales Engagement, Einstein Conversation Intelligence, 6sense, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and more
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house platform, Percipio, as an LMS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
  • Drive integrations and support the systems team in implementing them.
  • Oversee and conduct training efforts on these platforms, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective use
  • Manage communications and launch plans for revenue team-facing platforms within and outside of Enablement.
  • Leverage our internal learning platform to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Develop journeys, learning paths, badging, and certifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data and pull reports to provide actionable insights using sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques
  • Contribute to platform design and user experience, ensuring it meets user needs and enhances productivity.
  • Support our annual Revenue Kick-off, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes
  • Responsible for continuous learning and staying updated with best practices in the field

Skills & Qualification Requirements:

  • 5 years of Professional Sales or Sales Enablement experience with a proven track record in a similar role; advanced degrees or equivalent work experience are preferred
  • Expert MS Office Suite experience with polished Executive Presentation skills to deliver to all levels of an organization clearly and concisely
  • Experience setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measuring them and reporting on them verbally and to executive leadership
  • Ability to translate requirements into user experiences and collaborate and deliver to sales teams
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, be agile and adaptable in a cross-matrixed team
  • Robust process design skills and know how to create workflows
  • Solid understanding of governance, taxonomy, and have experience with content audits
  • Possess sales experience or can think from the perspective of a sales representative or leader when working on programs
  • This role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the company
  • Ability to travel up to 10-20%

Target salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $93,000 to $110,000.

We also offer Enterprise benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. 

The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
