🔎 As a Customer Success Manager you will 

Play a vital role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key private sector clients, particularly Private Medical Insurers (PMIs).

This role is responsible for ensuring high client retention, driving growth within existing accounts, and strengthening partnerships to maximise value. 

The Customer Success Manager will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless services, optimise contract performance, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management - manage and nurture relationships with existing private sector clients and ensure contractual obligations are met and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings.
• Revenue Growth & Retention - develop strategies to retain and grow existing accounts, present new services and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partnerships.
• Market Engagement & Networking - represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness
• Reporting & Insights - monitor and analyse account performance to provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaboration & Coordination - work closely with the product team to feedback market trends and client needs.

• Have experience in an account management/customer success/partnerships role within the PMI sector.
• Can pivot quickly and juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. 
• Have strong commercial, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Build and maintain great relationships and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Can think strategically and identify market opportunities and trends
• Work effectively across internal and external teams
