How will you contribute to Skroutz 'vision?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer that will kick-off & shape our digital capabilities and help us drive incremental growth! 

Your focus will be on building successful digital campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance, while collaborating with external & internal teams that will help us reach Skroutz business goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Define our digital performance strategy: strategic planning & execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • In-house hands-on campaign management: set-up, launch, monitoring & optimization of digital media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook/Instagram & TikTok
  • Create strategies & campaigns that would help us reach specific and measurable results on each step of the funnel from awareness, to consideration & acquisition
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets across multiple channels and countries, ensuring optimal allocation and pacing
  • Report campaign performance to all relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with our Marketing Managers on 360 campaigns, ensuring digital media contribute to each campaign’s goal. Explore synergies with other marketing or CRM initiatives
  • Collaborate with our Creative team and other stakeholders, making sure content is optimized for each platform or campaign but also, follows our brand guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for automation within our campaign management workflows
  • Innovate & test new things: is there a new emerging platform or tool that has the potential to contribute towards our goals? Bring it to the table
  • 3 years of experience working in Performance Marketing (preferably in a Digital Performance Agency) and experience in large-budget performance marketing campaigns
  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies and make informed decisions to drive growth
  • Deep knowledge & working experience on Google Ads (search, display, video, etc) & Facebook/Instagram Ads. Experience with other social media platforms such as TikTok, Linked-In, or Programmatic buying would be considered a plus
  • Hands-on expertise in Analytics, especially in Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with tracking across all platforms
  • Programming skills (e.g. Javascript) and experience with Google Ads scripts and/or Google Ads API will be considered an asset
  • Passionate about A/B testing, data & audience segmentation. You love seeking insights & learnings every step of the way
  • Attention to detail with creative & collaborative spirit
  • Excellent time-management & organizational skills with ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams & individuals of different backgrounds.
  • Certifications of expertise and continuous learning of the above platforms would be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
