Junior Video Editor / Content Creator

We’re seeking a Video Editor / Content Creator to take our DTC business to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Creative, this role will be a key support to our Principal Content Art Director, helping to film and cut videos into performance ads. The ideal candidate should be organized and highly motivated to learn, with a background in creating and working with user-generated content backed by a portfolio to demonstrate those skills.

A portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the Principal Content Art Director to cut video into high-performing ads and iterations.
• Participating in internal content shoots with the broader creative team to build out our asset library, and, as needed, shooting UGC video independently.
• Managing a stable of independent content creators and give candid and specific feedback to help us get top-quality content.
• Staying up-to-date on trends across social media platforms, and proactively proposing opportunities to the team.

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere, with bonus points for experience in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
• Background in creating and working with high-quality user-generated content, and a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Highly collaborative and low ego
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating content for our demographic: parents of younger children
• Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
• General knowledge of Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $60k-80K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $60k-80K based on experience.
