Technical Project Manager

Sleed, a web development & digital marketing agency with many years of field experience and a strategic partner of Prestashop, NopCommerce & Google, is looking for Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to join our team at our Tech hub located 📍at L. Athinon 100, Athens.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing web development, e-commerce, and custom application projects, with a keen understanding of both technical and design processes. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality.

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects, which may include web applications, e-commerce platforms, websites, dashboards, and other custom solutions. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Act as a consultant to clients, helping them leverage the company’s technological solutions to achieve their goals

Project Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to ensure successful project delivery

Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery

Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards before launch

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project performance and processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes

• Proven experience at least 3+ years as a Project Manager in the tech industry, with a focus on website and e-commerce development. Familiar with IT concepts and terminology, passionate about systems, technology, creative innovation, related to project planning
• At least manage 3+ projects, while handling both the client, and the development team, with a project duration of over 6 months
• Proficient with project management software or methodology (agile, kanban)
• Team player, who enjoys presenting in meetings or training clients or internal team members
• Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including front-end and back-end development, CMS platforms, and design tools
• Ability to grasp new and changing technologies
• Experience in working with Google’s web-based software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, docs, slides)
• Understanding of today’s technological landscapes (i.e. apps, websites, systems)
