Slip Robotics, a rapidly growing robotics company specializing in industrial-size robots for truck loading and unloading, is seeking an outbound marketer to drive new business opportunities through strategic email and LinkedIn outreach, content creation, and lead qualification. This role is pivotal to achieving our ambitious growth goals by generating high-quality intro calls for our sales team. As the first hire in this area, you’ll have the autonomy to build and scale our outbound marketing system from the ground up.
Slip Robotics is located in Atlanta, GA, just northeast of the perimeter. This position requires a majority of on-site work.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies.
- Identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas to guide outbound efforts.
- Plan and execute outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Create compelling and personalized content for outbound & nurturing marketing campaigns
- Manage the execution of outbound marketing campaigns from start to finish, including scheduling, sending, and tracking.
- Nurture leads through regular follow-up, personalized messaging, and thoughtful engagement to move them through the pipeline.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet criteria before passing to sales.
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team, and assist the sales team to pursue opportunities.
- Continuously test and optimize outbound marketing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage outreach tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay, and others to streamline workflows and track metrics to develop scalable processes for success.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in email and LinkedIn outreach
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls to generate business
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft personalized, engaging messages.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to build and scale processes independently.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools, as well as prospecting tools like Apollo.io.
- Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and sales teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize outreach metrics.
- B2B experience in logistics, robotics, or a related field is ideal but not required.
