QA Lead

Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with project goals and timelines. 

Take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, effectively performing the dual role of Scrum Master and/or Project Manager to drive project execution, remove roadblocks, and support agile development practices. 

Work collaboratively with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, contributing to a cohesive and efficient project delivery process.  

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results 

 Evaluate product code according to specifications-Create logs to document testing phases and defects 

Report bugs and errors to development teams 

Help troubleshoot issues 

Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing 

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle 

Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance and project management. 

Proficient in English. 

Experience managing fixed-price projects. 

Availability to onboard in May. 

Fluent English communication skill
