Membership Growth & Funnel Optimisation Manager

About Us: 

BNB IN DUBAI is a fast-growing membership-based community helping Airbnb hosts and rental entrepreneurs scale their businesses. Founded by an entrepreneur who grew an Airbnb business to 75 apartments in under two years, the community now helps others achieve similar success through courses, mentorship programs, and automated learning systems. We are looking for a Membership Growth & Funnel Optimisation Manager to take charge of revenue growth by running ads, optimising funnels, and improving monetisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities


Membership Growth & Monetisation

  • Increase revenue from Skool memberships, courses, and mentorship programs through optimised funnels.
  • Build and manage high-converting sales funnels to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute new revenue strategies to expand community monetisation.
  • Work alongside the content team to repurpose recordings into structured courses or other sellable digital products.
  • Work alongside the content team to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement.

Funnel Optimisation & Ads Management

  • Run Google, Meta, and TikTok ads, optimising for cost efficiency and conversions.
  • Build and test sales funnels, checkout flows, and pricing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, email sequences, and course sales pages.
  • Implement data-driven improvements using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar.

Copywriting & Email Marketing

  • Write compelling sales page copy for courses, mentorships, and Skool memberships.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Execute and automate email sequences using System.io and/or Klaviyo.

Automation & Tech Stack Management

  • Set up and manage automation workflows using Zapier, ManyChat, and System.io.
  • Ensure seamless CRM, email marketing, and payment integrations.
  • Continuously improve the tech ecosystem to enhance efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in funnel optimisation, course sales, or community monetisation.
  • Proven success in building and optimising high-converting funnels for online courses or businesses.
  • Strong experience in copywriting for sales pages and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with System.io for funnel execution.
  • Experience running and optimising Google, Meta, and TikTok ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy.
  • Experience in marketing for SaaS products is a plus but not required.
