Sales Support Keeping track of the invoices and orders

• Preparing monthly reports.
• Payments follow up.
• Liaise with John Crane-Bangalore
• Travel required but not frequently.
• MIS reports and monthly forecast 
• Payment recovery, close review of outstanding statement
• Submission of write off forms, review of late delivery.

Office Administrative

• Electricity Bills, Telephone bills, Internet Service and taking up any complaints with regard to these services.
• Vendor registrations
• Settling Bills related to regular office maintenance.
• Taking care of annual property taxes, pollution control certificates, NOCs applicable and guardian to important documents (rent agreement, factory layout, documents related to Cranes, lifts and machines).
• Arranging annual sales meets, product training – finding out suitable venues after cost comparison.
• Sales Support
• Keeping track of the invoices and orders

• BE Mechanical - Fresher can apply.
• The proficiency / expertise in SAP modules & Excel is must.
• Self-Starter, Team – Player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Must be a candidate from the area with fluency in local language.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Must be a candidate from surrounding area with fluency in local language.
