This role holder supports the Online Training team within the internal Training Delivery operating model. This role involves the design and development of digital media assets and contents for our online training solutions provided to our internal customers. The role holder will have technical skills designing and developing digital media assets including video, 3D modelling, animation, gamification of learning as well as the required learning contents themselves.
The role holder will directly support the Manager responsible for Online Training whist working in close collaboration with the global Online Training Team. This role will be key in delivering on the training requirements of our worldwide internal target groups ensuring training is aligned with the group’s global standards and policies. Designing UI and UX for different digital learning contents, the holder of this role will be involved in shaping the look and feel of Smiths Detection’s online learning solutions. The person in this position will be early in their career and will have a passion for learning new things and self-development.
