We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
• Design marketing materials aimed at generating new leads.
• Identify and engage with potential clients through networking and outreach activities.
• Present Smoker & Company’s range of services to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings to effectively address client inquiries.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for clients’ needs.
• Regularly report on sales metrics and client feedback to enhance service offerings.

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles ,bookkeeping and business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to travel within the Lancaster and Berks County regions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
