We’re the perfect place to start your research career. A B Corp-accredited culture, brand and communications business, we dig deeper and think bigger to change organisations for the better. We’re on a mission to make opportunity, reward and progression equal for all. As our Graduate Research Coordinator, you’ll be part of projects that make this a reality.

Working with and learning from our expert insight team, you’ll deliver research projects that create new opportunities for our clients. Your role will see you:

  • performing in-depth research into future market dynamics, trends, innovations and consumer behaviour
  • building an understanding of our clients’ key audiences
  • supporting teams all across our business
  • analysing data and presenting insights to colleagues and clients.

To excel, you’ll need a naturally inquisitive mind and a basic understanding of research methods and evaluation techniques. You’ll also need:

  • experience of working on one or more research projects at university
  • a keen interest in understanding work cultures, human behaviour and different markets
  • a solid knowledge of Excel
  • the ability to work with data sets
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • the ability to manage and deliver a diverse workload.

We care about supporting our people, so you’ll enjoy benefits that include 30 days of annual leave a year (plus bank holidays), hybrid working, healthcare apps, and two charity volunteering days. If you’re as passionate as we are about making the world around us a better place, join us.

In line with our mission to make opportunity, reward and progress equal for all, we believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant and more resilient company. We welcome people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences.
