Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Loan Car Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. This role is responsible for managing our loaner fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are prepared, tracked, and maintained to brand standards while supporting the Service Department’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to discuss and plan current and future fleet needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily reports, loaner agreements, and service documentation.
- Process customer payments (cash, credit, check) accurately and efficiently, issuing receipts and updating repair orders.
- Professionally answer incoming calls, directing customers to the appropriate department and following up when needed.
- Handle customer concerns courteously, escalating as appropriate to ensure swift resolution.
- Organize and file documentation, including service repair orders, parts tickets, and deal files.
- Conduct monthly loaner reconciliation reports and monitor toll tag/license plate inventories.
- Oversee vehicle check-in/check-out, inspecting for damage, mileage, fuel usage, and cleanliness.
- Support the Service Department with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning dealership management software.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
