Head of Influencer Marketing - London

 Your responsibilities at snuggs:

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of 8 influencer marketing specialists across multiple regions, including DACH, BENELUX, UK, and CEE
• Design scalable strategies and processes to increase the number of monthly partnerships
• Take full ownership of influencer marketing channels, including budgeting, monthly planning, and KPI setting
• Personally manage relationships with key brand ambassadors, including those with multi-million followers
• Optimize team performance and enhance negotiation skills
• Utilize tools for influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign analytics
• Develop and oversee campaign briefs
• Manage partnerships across all influencer tiers, from nano to mega

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field (5+ years preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams is essential
• Strong knowledge of influencer platforms, tools, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale campaigns with measurable results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and craft actionable insights
• Passion for social media, content creation, and staying ahead of digital trends
