Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Manager to join our team and help drive our international growth while nurturing key client relationships.

Your responsibilities at snuggs:

Account Management (80%)

  • Drive sales growth through tailored strategies for existing retail accounts in CZ, SK, Benelux, and DACH.
  • Act as the main contact, collaborating with clients on operations, marketing, and buying needs.
  • Align client needs with internal teams (operations, marketing, product development).
  • Oversee customer satisfaction, sales growth, and yearly negotiations.
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, monitor budgets, and manage retail promotions.
  • Analyze sales, market trends, and competitor activities to create improvement plans.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure proper displays and resolve issues.

New Business Development (20%)

  • Identify and acquire new international accounts in key regions.
  • Present products to potential clients, create excitement, and guide them to the next stage of partnership.
  • Develop commercial opportunities with retailers, distributors, and agents.

  • 3–5 years of account management experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to work with large retail chains, understanding their intricacies.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Hubspot), EDI (Grit), warehousing (Depoto), and data transfer tools (Markant) is a strong plus.
  • Track record of meeting KPIs such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and margin targets.
  • Fluency in Czech and English is required; German is a plus.
  • Results-driven with high energy and motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, unifying diverse stakeholders.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver.
  • Adaptable to change and ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
