We are looking for an IT support Technician (m/w/d) to join our team in Getafe
You provide IT support and manages access to tools for users in Spain and Germany. You handle both local technical support requests (workstations, network, telephony) and the administration of external accounts, in a transnational context.
You wil guarantee a high-quality, secure service that complies with internal and customer requirements.
Your main tasks will be:
- Setting up, configuring and maintaining workstations, peripherals and network connections.
- Monitoring and managing IT assets (hardware, licences, consumables).
- Handling incidents using a ticketing tool (analysis, resolution, documentation).
- On-site or remote user support (Spain/Germany)
- Restoration of back-ups if necessary
- Application of cybersecurity rules
- Creation and updating of user accounts in internal and customer tools.
- Managing access rights in coordination with project managers.
- Participating in project kick-offs to analyse access requirements.
- Monitoring customer requirements (in particular EASA-type regulatory requirements)
- Updating dashboards and account-related databases.
- Regular reporting: progress, incidents, risks, etc.
- Participation in team/project meetings
- Suggest improvements to tools, methods and procedures.
- Application of the Group's Quality & Environment procedures.
CONDITIONS:
- Position based in Spain (occasional mobility possible)
- Working in coordination with the IS teams and project managers based in France, Germany and Spain
- Supervised by the Group IT Manager
About you:
- Office automation (Pack Office)
- Basic knowledge of networks, telephony and Windows system
- Ticket management and account administration tools (UMS, REACT... a plus)
