About the Job

We are seeking a driven Pharmacy Business Development Manager to grow our Soleil Collective brands within the APAC Pharmacy Channel. This role focuses on expanding accounts, driving sales initiatives, and enhancing brand presence within the pharmacy channel. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry, thriving in a fast-paced environment. They will identify and utilize growth opportunities, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize sell-through and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales and spend targets for pharmacy accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales and promotional strategies tailored to pharmacy partners in line business goals. 
  • Manage relationships with sales agent groups to drive performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular communication and effective negotiation to secure favourable terms and promotional opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic decisions.

Sales Operations

  1. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve escalated supply chain issues.
  2. maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and account documentation.
  3. Track and report on sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Reporting

  1. Generate and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and inventory updates to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  2. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of relevant and successful experience in a commercial customer-facing role. Beauty experience is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian Pharmacy market.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for supporting the growth of both Coco & Eve and Loving Tan brands.
