Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • This role is based onsite and requires presence at Solidigm Corporate Headquarters in Rancho Cordova, California, responsible for Rancho Cordova, Longmont, CO and Vancouver Canada locations.
  • Your primary focus will be delivering end-to-end Solidigm Team Member experiences.
  • Communicate with your stakeholders and Solidigm Team Members through 1-to-1 interactions, focus groups and company tools to maintain feedback loops and gain real time insights.
  • Work across the organization and company to deliver a positive Team Member experience by delivering consistent, reliable and positive services.

Key Responsibilities combine with day-to-day.

  • Introduce new tools, processes, and products as part of global Facilities rollout plans.
  • Identify and document recurring issues for operational enhancements.
  • Creative and Innovative ideas and concepts for enhancing Workplace Experience support.
  • Conduct and/or train Strategic Suppliers in onboarding sessions and contribute to process improvement projects and feedback.
  • Collaborate with your Regional Facilities Leads to develop plans aligning with business targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Manage oversight of Global Facility Work Request Tool for the North American Sites.
  • Assist with workplace-related request tickets; including prioritizing work and schedules.
  • Effectively communicate operational risks and adhere to established escalation procedures.
  • Participate in regular team training and complete professional development courses.
  • Travel may be necessary.
  • Provide guidance during daily operations and emergencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-years of Operations or Customer Service experience
  • Supplier Management oversight

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $96,030 - $144,050. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
